I was doing so well for the whole day , i tryed to keep my self busy for the whole day and went to sleep thinking that i will make it with out doing it the whole day .
i still remember the feeling ... it is at night and really dark, muy stomach was feeling empty..then i went to the kitchen and made myself a sandwihct and eat that , thne i went back to bed. i still felt hungry ! so i made another one ...then another one... and another one.
I think i have night binge syndrome! i have been wakin gup at night to eat. and at night i am half asleep and i have no idea what i am doing cause i am not thinking! what am i going to do?
After that night i felt fat and yuck in the morning, and started the cycle all day!

I'm sorry you are not feeling good right now. I read about night binge syndrome the other day, do you eat much in the day? the only thing i picked up from my reading was that sufferers should eat good meals in the day and then fight the temptation to eat if they do wake in the night. I guess that is much easier said than done! I am here anytime if you wanna talk. :-)

try sleeping pills...ask ur doc about getting a perscription, i find it helps me get to sleep and stayyyyy asleep at night time.

You're not a failure! maybe you're just setting the bar too high - recovery is HARD and it needs to be taken slowly. do you eat during the day? because if not, that'll definitely make you more likely to binge at night. maybe sleeping pills could help, but they might not be the best thing because you can't really take them long term, and while they're a quick fix, they won't really solve your problem

Hey bbe, well done for going all day, even tho at night u did it..you did your very best, just keep trying and one day you will succeed i know you will :)
