I don't know what I was thinking! Knowing there is always a chance of snow in April I thought and was hopeful we might get to warm weather (wishful thinking). Looks like I'll lose all my tulips and daffodils too. It's sad really. I did get to see my crocus blooming the last couple of days. Good to hear from you and again so happy to hear of your good news about SS!

Thank you for your kindness Julie. I'm hoping that the relief you're getting is an indication that the nerve has at last healed! Sometimes they actually DO heal, and if they DO flare up, it's only very very temporary. I'm praying that's the way it is for you, and if it does flare, that it's a minor one! It's bad enough having spinal problems in the first place, let alone having to deal with that kind of pain too! Best of luck ~ I sure hope you don't have to deal with that anymore! Hugs, Lee

Hi! I am sorry to hear about your back pain. I had the same problem. I finally gave in and had a double fusion and that was 7 months ago. The Chrioprator made my back worse, so please be careful. When I finally gave in and visited a Pain Clinic, I was finally given some pain relief by the Durgestic Pain Patch (Fentyle?) If you have not visited that avenue, you may want to. Dilaudid kept me in a stuper and the patch allowed me to think again. Your thoughts? Terilyn

My pleasure to get involved. I'm even considering starting a non-profit sometime in the near future that will offer advocacy for chronic pain sufferers. It's a work in progress, however. I'll email you my thoughts on Dr. Phil if I get a break from work in the next 1-3 days.
