  ouch! thats the reason all my knives are dull.lol hope it doesn't give you any problems... it is 16 degrees here and it is so cold the wind is blowing and that makes it worse. the snow we were supposed to get was only a small amount and it was more like sleet than snow.its supposed to stay cold for a while. xoxoxxoxo love you lizzy

  Hi Bonnie ~ Yes, all my meds work. The pain meds aren't the greatest, but that's cause Dr.'s are afraid to prescribe high enough doses to make you comfortable due to the government arresting doctors! It's a big problem here! As far as the others, they work fine. You say you take Fosamax ~ be CAREFUL if you have to have DENTAL work. Taking any such drugs like that, and then having dental work can cause "dead jaw" which is where your jaw bone actually erodes away and dies. This is a BIG controversy here in the states as people are now having this problem after taking Fosamax and other drugs like it. I got off of Fosamax cause I had to have dental work and no doctor would touch me while I was on it. Some dentists don't even want to CLEAN the teeth if you're on it. Maybe it hasn't become a problem where you are, but it sure is here!! Just be careful! I wanted to warn you tho cause I sure don't want you getting 'dead jaw.' You should ask your doc about the pain patches if you're having lots of pain. The Lidoderm patches don't get into the blood stream so there's no getting "high" from them. They're basically just a "topical" numbing type patch, but I've had them actually calm my sciatic nerve. So it does get down in there quite a bit. There are Duragesic Patches too, but people have found a way to ingest the gel from those. Isn't that awful? Those actually have a narcotic on them, and it does get into the blood stream. I've never used them. If you get burning and tingling, the Topamax would help you with that. Maybe he'd prescribe that for you, if you can get it over there. I don't see why not.   Love that avatar and how about that juicer...I have one too. Always doing oranges, grapefruit etc. I love it. Nothing like Fresh. Jay is into music and computers big time. I finally told him to give me a list of things he would like...Now we will see what he comes up with, probably money...I always do a big sock too full of little things for Richard and Jay.
