Journal Entry for November 26, 2007 Mood
Monday, November 26, 2007

Last week was very tough for my family. My mom was not feeling the least bit well enough to go to our Thanksgiving family get together. My dad was sick of working and wanted to stay home with my mom. So I had the option of going with my grandparents to Mission Viejo or going and spending Thanksgiving with my boyfriend and his family. So I took the boyfriend route. My mom was feeling so bad that she was talking about suicide. She feels like such a burden upon my dad and I. And that is one of the hardest things I have ever heard. My mom is my best friend. I don't know what I'd do without her.

Anyways thats all I'm gonna jot down for now. Throughout my journal entries I'm sure you will learn more about my mom's condition and her medical history. All I am looking for here is some comfort and love. Smile

Support her the best way you know how and pray for the best. Here is a small insert from a website.......it might be worth checking into for your mother.

"The researchers found studies that some herbal remedies - ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St John's wort and valerian root - also may cause or worsen migraine or cluster headaches in people prone to them, the researchers say.

But other studies showed St John's wort and valerian root could ease headaches, the researchers found.

Ginkgo biloba is taken to improve memory, ginseng for energy, echinacea for colds, St John's wort for depression, valerian root as a sleep aid or to ease anxiety, and garlic for prevention of cancer or high blood pressure, the researchers say. "

Our chiropractor is our main source for our medical needs and we try to go herbal all the way......and sometimes it is the best way to go.

“Anguish of mind has driven thousands to suicide; anguish of body, none. This proves that the health of the mind is of far more consequence to our happiness than the health of the body, although both are deserving of much more attention than either of them receive.”Charles Caleb Colton
