I'm 39 I have two kids one boy one girl. I have fibro and I am misserable. Pain confusion anger no energy just really agravated all the time.I don't think my family understands what I'm going through and it really bothers me.I keep alot from them I guess that's why they don't know what's going on with me.I just feel so useless but I do what I can for all that I can.I sometimes feel like giving up but I keep going for me and my family.Well that's my story.Thanks for the chance to find others like me to talk to.It would really help.

Hi and a verry big warm welcome back to DS. Some folk would call & i see it as being the DS family . You are one of us if you want to be. I too have been off line for a few months up untill January 09 due to financial hell but it seams to be easing a bit m now . Since my return I have added more jurnals ect. please feel free to read them & others as well as bits of my profiles to cach up on where Im at ect so far. You have been missed.. hello,i am 39 years old i have had fibro for at least 6-7 years,ddd,migrains,and nerve problems.it's really taken a toll on my whole life.it's really awful what a person with problems like us go through it really affects your daily life.i stay tired have lots of headaches,and just pain everywhere even in my face,especially my jawline.i know exercise helps but i have to be careful not to over do it.you just don't know whether your doing too much or not enough.what do you do?

- Cyclobenzaprine Working / Worked
- o.k. but makes me feel like i'm on a big hangover.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- sometimes heat can be worse than better for it.but it does make me feel a little better.
- Neurontin Considering
- my doc put me on it and im afraid to start taking it.im afraid of side effects of new meds.anyone know anything about it?
- TENS Somewhat Helpful
- sometimes it makes your muscles more sore but it does help.
