About Me
I am a 43 y/o wife and mother a 5 y/o beautiful little girl. Step-mom to a 27 and 30 y/o daughters and a Nana to 6. Not any one thing defines me. I suffer from Chronic Myofacial Pain, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and depression. I work FT(I'm a supervisor, STRESS!). Just trying to take it 1 day at a time enjoy every day. Sounds easier then it is but that's just the hand I was dealt. I am hoping 2 find friends & support as well as be a friend & give support.

God, children, family, history, forensic shows/articles, going to the beach/ocean, reading and anything that makes me laugh. Trying to teach myself how to make bead jewelry I've got as far as buying some supplies. Making great friends and helping others.

- helps when having muscle spasms. Can be very sedating so it's hard to work when I take them.

- very sedating and worry about long term effects. But I've tried to get by w/o it & I can't move.
