JOURNAL UPDATE TOO !
I had Connie and Jim over for supper and played cards. I made crock pot stew and garlic bread, nothing fancy. It's so nice to be close to them. Connie and I went to Good Life fitness, for aqua arobics, it helped us both. Her knees are really bad and my ankles from Arthritis, we're going again tomorrow morning. It really does help to limber up the joints, you feel soo much better when you get out. We went to Pita Pit for lunch, nutricious and not fattening.
I've decided to go to St. David's Church on Sunday, it's not too far away either. I going to bed now so, have a great Saturday.

P.S. I didn't sleep very well last night so, here I am 7:45 updating my journal. I've decided to write my WW food journal. When you write it you DO LOSE WEIGHT. I was thinking about breakfast, how much bread I eat in a day. I usually have 2 for breakfast and same for lunch. I'm going to have yogart or cereal instead. I have high blood pressure, Cheerios has a program to help lower it, with their cereal over time. I need to do something to get it down, so I won't need a prescription. I was really disgusted, with my weight and how my clothes were fitting. Doing my water arobics, I can feel, my clothes fitting much better already, it has only been three sessions.
I might go out to Jim's today not sure just yet. I want to drive by St. David's church, so I know where I'm going tomorrow. I should take the wreaths to the cemeteries today. I'm sure it is ok now, Heavenly Rest has a later date for the wreaths that Windsor Memorial. I should look it up on the net for sure, I look up the church service and it's at 11:00, most of them are at 10:30. Oh Well !
