I was first diagnosed with Turners syndrome when I was eight and have never known anyone to have Turners syndrome. I have just joined this site in the hope of meting people with Turners, so if you want to say hi, please do!due to my Turners I have always been very shy and suffer from anxiety.

Little Love
Much love back to you. We had a very nice Christmas with the whole family. My Dad really enjoyed it. Nothing going on with the chemo and radiation yet- seems like the doctors can't decide what they want to do. I just wish they'd do something!!! We are having a hard time getting him up and moving. He wants to lay on the couch in the same position all day. He had a cold that we were afraid would turn into pnuemonia (fortunately it didn't). He got a better walker(one without a seat, so he can stand inside and not be so far back). I had to buy a new car after I had an accident that totalled the old one. I'm the proud recipient of a hefty 6 year car loan!! Oh, joy!!! Winter vacation is over tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing the kids. Online class doesn't start for me until February 23rd, so I still have a long break there. I got C's in both of my fall classes. Tell me what's going on with you... Has work gotten any easier?? I sure hope so, because you are too nice to be treated that way. Sending lots of love and a big hug... Karen

So glad to hear from you! It's been a long time... I know mostly my fault. It's been hard to keep up with work and school. I think about you a lot and wonder how everything is going for you. I think that my sister in law has it. Shes small and husky with a mans physique. she cant have children, but my bro already has five. shes awesome .

- Growth Hormone Working / Worked
- I had growth hormones for 8 years, I am now four foot seven inches
Close Shyness
I've always been very shy. I thought it would become easier as I became older. I'm a nurse and I'm not shy it comes to my patients' but any other time I am.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Just started CBT.
Open Anxiety
I have always suffered from anxiety but when I started a new job 6 months ago it got much worse. I find my job stressfull and I always feeling like I'm not doing a good job which make's me anxious.

- Having CBT sessions, very hard but there helping a bit.
Open Dyslexia
I have Turner syndrome, one of the side effect's is dyslexia
