My son, 5 1/2, has special needs. He has CVI, CP, OCD, ODD, and ADHD. So basically anything with an abbreviation, he has it. It has been very challenging but a wonderful experience for me to grow as a parent.
Treatments
Open Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
My son has ODD. It is very trying at times, well to be honest all the time. Our dr.s are trying so hard to help us but I feel like it is an uphill battle most of the time.

Open Narcolepsy
I was diagnosed with narcolepsy in August of this year. I was unable to care for my children during the day due to EDS, and would fall asleep at any given moment all day long. I am on a combination of medications the help along with life style changes.

- So far so good other than the dry mouth and jitters.
Open Brain Injury
My son, who is now 5 1/2, suffered a brain injury shortly after birth due to group B strep and menengitis.
Open Fibromyalgia
I was diagnosed with Fibro early this year.

- Was ok but not better than Celexa for me, so I chgd back to Celexa.
