Thank you lovely Catherine. I hope so too as petrified of hurricanes! It would be lovely to hear all your news and share our recovery stories since we last spoke. I'm doing well on the step programme and will be starting step 7 next week which is great, my sponsor is really fantastic so i'm very lucky. I've been doing a lot of inner child work too which has helped me a lot recently. Have you been away much over the summer?
