About me, I am a hardworking 42 year old, self employeed, dog groomer for 14 years. I have a 32 acre farm in the mid-west. I love to garden, flowers & veggies, make salsa, tomatoe juice & hot mix. I love my family 3 girls, 2 boys, 4 grandkids. I was in a minor fender bender in Dec 06- I've been in alot of pain, hurting alot all over. I'm not sure but I think whiplash has triggered fibromyalgia???

Sending best wishes for the coming week. I wanted to share with you a story about a neighbor I had who had fibromyalgia, along with some other health problems. Then she had to have a kidney transplant. After that they told her her fibro went into "remission" and she wasn't bothered with it any more. Isn't that strange? So if trauma can cause it to go away, it surely must be able to bring it on. I would say a kidney transplant is trauma.

Fender-bender car accident>whiplash>fibro I had been taking Lyrica 3 or 4 x's a day, started packing on the lbs, scary, not sure about it because it's so new. Trying new things to feel better. I'm more into herbal or natural healing more than prescription meds, but I take what makes me comfortable. I read and research fibro for knowledge about how to participate in making a healthier more productive life.

I was in a car accident in Dec 06. Alot of changes to my body and mind. I have fibro, herniated dics, depression and anxiety. I feel closterfobic in a group or in the isle of a store with other ppl. It's hard to overcome the feeling of being out of control. I stay home most of the time. At times everything seems amplified. Noise, tapping, more than one person talking, the phone ringing.....makes me very anxiuos. I take meds, but I don't think it's strong enough.

I've been diagnosed with fibro and myofascial pain syndrome in June 08 following a car accidents in Dec 06.
