My knee hurts today, so i am not going on the treadmill today, well unless later my knee is feeling better. I know I should be doing more time and more often, but it's about all i can stand now. No plans for tonight, i am sure that hubby will think of something that we need to go and do cause you know we can't just stay home and spend time together. Hoping for a good nice and quiet evening.
