After a great week in Washington DC, I return to the gym. I did 9 exercises for my upper body and 25 minutes of the Elliptical and 13 minutes on the bike. I Rode a total of 5 miles, burning 533 calories with a heart rate peak of 151.
I am now 10 miles from mlissa and Kaufman,TX and 440.5 miles from dnvgrl and Odessas, TX
Last week, it was impossible to stay on my eating program. I am looking at this as I was starting over. I will weigh on Thursday to get my starting weight. I will set a new weight goal on Thursday.
