I met my goal for workouts in Febraury. I worked out this morning and it was hard to get started. I did 10 execises for the upper body. I was about to do my legs but time was limited. I wanted to get 45 minutes of cardio. It turned out to be a good thing I did not do my legs because I was pulled into a spinning class. We did 45 minutes of Strength and I am exhausted. I estimate that we went 15 miles.
So I am now 15 miles from mlissi and Kaufman, Texas and 445.5 from dnvgrl and Odessa, TX.
