This morning I stepped on the scale and said that I weighed 196.4 which is a 1.4 lb loss. I was encouraged. I may not make goal of losing 23 lbs by the end of Febraury but I am hoping to drop 2 to 5 lbs by March 7th.
On March 7th, I embark on a trip to Washington DC with my son and the whole 5th grade from his school. The Struggle is I have no control on what and where we eat. My goal is to eat in moderation. Workouts will be non-existant. So I am being determined to loss a little extra before the trip
Side note: I have gone up a notch on my belt and my pants feel so much looser!
