FRIDAY: I had a full body workout, doing 10 exercises for my chest, legs, shoulders and back.  I also did 43 minutes on Cardio bike on level 11, burning 400 calories and riding 10 miles. 

 

MONDAY: I did another full body workout, doing 11 workout for legs,chest, back and shoulders.  I did 29 minutes on the bike on level 7. I burned 239 calories and I got my heart rate to 160.  I rode for 7 miles

 

My eating has been good.  I have gone back to 5 to 6 small meals a day.  I have lowered my calorie intake and I am drinking more than 64 oz of water.  I did well this weekend.  My time has perevented me from doing my food journal but I will try to do it more often and when I can.  I looking forward to Weigh Day.

 

I am now 28.7 miles from Shreveport, LA. and 635.8 miles from Odessa,TX and dnvgrl
