After a great week in Washington DC, I return to the gym. I did 9 exercises for my upper body and 25 minutes of the Elliptical and 13 minutes on the bike. I Rode a total of 5 miles, burning 533 calories with a heart rate peak of 151.
I am now 10 miles from mlissa and Kaufman,TX and 440.5 miles from dnvgrl and Odessas, TX
Last week, it was impossible to stay on my eating program. I am looking at this as I was starting over. I will weigh on Thursday to get my starting weight. I will set a new weight goal on Thursday.

I have not been able to workout this week because of chances in my job.
Saturday Morning, I leave at 6 am Saturday for Washington DC with my son's school. That will be a challenge eating wise. They will be stopping at many fast food places. I will striggle.
UPDATED GOALS
I met my goal for workouts in Febraury. I worked out this morning and it was hard to get started. I did 10 execises for the upper body. I was about to do my legs but time was limited. I wanted to get 45 minutes of cardio. It turned out to be a good thing I did not do my legs because I was pulled into a spinning class. We did 45 minutes of Strength and I am exhausted. I estimate that we went 15 miles.
So I am now 15 miles from mlissi and Kaufman, Texas and 445.5 from dnvgrl and Odessa, TX.
