Hey all...got a letter from B&B yesterday saying they have requested cassette review of my hearing.They're just waiting for a response from the review council.You know,someone almost had to get my testimony mixed up.I don't know who typed it up for review,but the timelines were wrong,the dates were wrong.The letter I got back said I worked from 1986 to 1995 as a phlebotomist technician(incorrect name first of all) and I quit that job because I started getting sick.No,I quit that job to go to med tech school.I left my job in 2007,and I started getting sick in cooking school.It also said I quit cooking school because I didn't fit in...no,I left the lab in 2007 because management was firing people left and right,and since I wasn't one of them,they were after me.
Thank God I'm on tape...I'm hoping a review of my taped testimony is all it will take for them to realize I really do deserve it.I don't think it was the judge at all.He hears too many hearings and sees too many people to remember what everybody said.He went by what was typed up.My opinion?Sombody goofed up big time!

That's the problem with the back-up in our Judicial System! We are all just a number, and when our turn finally comes...someone else messes up! It stinks!
So sorry you have to go this..but there are obvious errors here and B and B will straighten it all out. I'ts just such a shame how they keep us waiting!!
