Hi all...well,it's official.Our judicial system is made up of a bunch of idiots!The judge ruled unfavorable in my case.I was stunned,feeling nothing at all until I read the type up of my testimony.Then,when I finished laughing,I understood why the judge ruled against me.I don't know whose testimony that was,but it sure as HELL wasn't mine!If it wasn't all mixed up it was omitted.The timelines and years were wrong,and there was no mention of my fatigue;only mentions of pain.I never had a lot of pain.My main issue has always been weakness and fatigue.There was no mention of it.Only that I claimed to have chronic fatigue.My blood tests were also not mentioned.Every other test was,but not the pertinent one.
Puhleeeeeeeeze!It also said that I do a ide range of things such as gardening,laundry,etc.What I said was I like to do them.They made it sound like I do these things every day!I don't know how many times I said,when I'm up to it.As for gardening-I potted a few plants in twenty minutes.On a decent day,I may be able to accomplish that.I have a call into my lawyer.
It also said I meet my 74 year old mother for breakfast-again,when I feel up to it.It said nothing about the fact that she's been my financial savior and that she can't keep doing it.There's a lot more,believe me,but I couldn't possibly go into it all.Guess I have grounds for appeal,huh?

NEVER ADMIT TO FEELING BETTER, NEVER ADMIT BEING ABLE TO DO ANY ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING!
I also had my words twisted and got an unfavorable decision. I had said that, once in a while I went to my brother's home, and they twisted it to hat I say I can't function, but I go to my brother's house, etc.
You need to get testimonial letters from people you know, including doctors, dentists, co-workers, etc. stating how you used to be when you were well, and what you are like now, sick.
I am so sorry. I hope you do appeal. I hope you have a lawyer. Pam

Thanks Pam...luckily,that is taped so I can PROVE what I said and what I didn't say.I only said that because I know you can be followed.I went through a workman's comp case many years ago,and my lawyer for that warned me about the same thing.I do have people in mind for testimonials.I have a Binder and Binder appointed lawyer.He said my testimony was great;he thought I had it too.We went over a mock interview before the hearing.B&B appeals right away anyway,but he does need to know what happened.I'd rather go over it with him.He gets a copy of the letter himself.I plan of persuing it as far as I can,and I will tell my attorney the same thing.I know it will work out;it just may take a little longer,that's all.Usually appeals against this judge are won anyway,he said.He's dealt with him many times,he said.Things were omitted on purpose,too.Nobody will ever convince me otherwise.

NOTHING WITH OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM SURPRISES ME. We are at the mercy of a bunch of little people who suffer under the delusion they are gods. Doctors for the most part are the same. Best of luck next go a round.

BEcky this is what usually happens sweetie! Grain of salt ok? You just keep apealing and it will happen! Esp w/your lawyer helping ya! And if he does not do his job...get a new one!!! He is supposed to be wkin for "you"!!!
Unfortunately those who are or have not been disabled and are the real crooks get away with it and get disability (my mom's ugly perp of an ex hub is one of them)! :p
As frustrating as it is, you can and def should just forge ahead on this...it sucks, but that's the way the system is! :(
