I have gained weight on weight watchers instead of lost any. I need to serioiusly track and stick to my points. Everyone swears it works, ive been on it for 3 months and am up 3 lbs from when I started. I should have lost at least 20. I would have liked that. I have an irresistible urge to take a nap and not do any more work, its friday, and i just want to relax. Maybe a little one........
