  OMgosh! i know this is random! but the dog in your picture is kind of like mine! i know this isn't amazing or anything, but my dog is a total one off, like a multi-multi-multi crossbreed! it's just reassuring to know he was born instead of hatched :P anyways, sorry for the randomness!

  Im glad you are doing ok though. I know things are bad my hubby got laid off 3 weeks ago. Hes just doing work on a rent house for someone right now. Sorry it took a while to get back to you i have been down with CFS lately and girl i can sleep 24-7 if they let me-LOL Hope everything works out for you!

  Hey just checking in to see how you are doing? Im good down some dsys i have been doing my wii fit alot. And crazy me gets on the riding lawn mower and i know i am not supposed to but my hubby works like crazy since i cant and i just hate iving in a jungle..LOL Anyway im off for a CTScan.   I miss our fun and talks! i hope your life and health are very well indeed. You must be enjoying the chicago sun. Was this your last winter there? I moved to the beach and livin in an all granite tile, big bright windows beach house with 2 100 year old trees in the back yard and I feel so very blessed! My lip cancer heals and being bi polar is so no big deal on the right meds. I got a new job and my girlfriend are great! Hug your doggies for me!

  Oh yes, I do still have it but not all the time. And, you lay on your belly and put the ice, heat, TENS, whatever - on your low back. I just tried Voltaren Gel, it is prescription, but I find that it helps ease the pain.
