Today has been really sad. I found out one of my friends has cancer and so far they are not giving her any good news. Shes only 45 years old and she has 4 kids. These situations feel so helpless. I just wish there was something I could do.
Then last night, a woman I knew from church had been doing well after a stroke she had a stroke last week suffered another stroke last night and died. I became close to her and her grandson when she sponsored her grandson into the church. He is such a nice guy, I wish his grandma could have held on through the holidays.
Just so sad how these things happen before the holidays. Please keep these folks in your prayers. I just keep praying and lighting candles for people hoping they all pull through.
