I'm so mad at this market. I keep losing money and I'm not sure how I'm going to continue to make it w/o investments paying off and continually losing in IRA, etc. It's really hard to buy a bond right now...
I probably need to go back to work but after almost 18 years in health care admistration I'm sick of being part of the estimated 1.7 trillion dollar waste of the health care admistration end. Besides, it's an employers market, so I'll never get the deal and flexability I'm looking for. Hopefully, I can hold out till E get's in Kindergarden, then the transition will not be so hard on her.
I'm also really worried about E, she's showing some signs with OCD. Her father has it really bad. I've got an appointment with a therapist and me and her dad are going. Pray we make it through the hour w/o breaking into an agruement. The focus is the kid, right...He just want's to blame me for everything but doesn't invest the time required to build a good relationship with her. In a way, I understand the economy is so bad, he's working twice as long and hard for the same money. It's just crazy. I don't know how we are all going to make it through the year...
I'm doing better, holding my own. I've had my deceased brother's nephew most of the month which means fun, fun, fun...which is also draining on the funds. Kids these days expect alot. Oh well, you can't buy time back. I put him on the plane back to Orlando on Sunday night, so it's coming to an end...

Definately wishing you some peace and happiness. I'm sorry your so stressed I totally understand economically times are so tough it is very scary. The added pressure of your daughter certainly doesn't help matters huh? When is your daughter's appt? I would love to hear what they say since I am dealing with some of the same issues with my 4 yr old

Could it be that she mimicking her dad's OCD or are her tendencies totally different? During stressful times (the money) kids pick up on parents patterns and try to be "perfect" so as not to add to the stress. This may be what she's doing. Glad you've enjoyed having your nephew around for a while and that you get to keep the connection with him.

So sorry you are stressing over financial matters. It is tough. I hope all is going well with your daughter. My son has ADHD and it is tough sometimes. I continue to educate myself on ways to help him.
