  CONGRATULATIONS grandma ,grandpa ,mum ,dad and little brayden..(what a sweetheart he was:).......lovely to hear about a new baby..it always brings a smile to our faces ,and joy to the family!

  hi there my dear friend...so sorry i`ve been absent for so long..
  mums been home now 5..1/2 weeks ,and (touch-wood),is doing well and making good progress..
  As you know ,any cancer op ,sure isn`t an easy ride ,and add to what should`ve been a relatively "simple" keyhole op ,a nasty peritonitis ,several trips to theatre ,and it held her recovery back quite some time..
  Howsever ,everything improves eventually ,and mum is home finally ,with yours truly doing my best as "nurse maid"(LOL albeit one with a broken foot.....talk about the blind leading the blind!)
  Still ,things are coming aLONG well ,and she`s eating ,sleeping ,and generally making good progress ,week by week....hence why ive been unable to keep up with you all tho`...)
  I always keep shelley ,and kathy in my thoughts and prayers ,anmd WILL ring her one of these days:)
  I miss her dreadfuly ,since she`s left here (ds) ,and hope she too ,is progressing well ,feeling much better ,and in good spirits......she`s a real trooper .just like her mum ,and you both hold A very special place in my heart...:)
  I managed to read your latest journal.....MEN!!!Arghhhhhhhhhhhh! Enough to drive us to drink...(and i`m not talking bitter lemon ,either!!)
  they want a nice home.....food on the table....life to sail along...but dont want any of the hassle!
  I just hope yours will appreciate all you have done ,and make it up to you ,once your both settled...
  How is kathy??i keep wondering how hher pregnancy is coming along...i guess it cant be too long now ,before you welcome another little treasure into your family..
  Please give my love to shelley ,and remember i think of you always..you are A wonderful inspiration to myself and so many here...i pray life starts treating you better ,both health wise..stress free ,and a future filled with happiness and blessings always..
