Being the best Mom I can be; Being creative and productive in my day; helping and serving others; and above all to live with an attitude of gratitude in all things, all the time; giving thanks for even the tough stuff. Being Thankful helps me to live daily with joy. The things that make me the most happiest is helping others, and bringing smiles to peoples faces. As an Artist I love the way someone lights up and gets excited about the Jewelry or Art I have created especially for them. As a Yoga teacher I love the way people glow after a good Yoga class, and how they can be transformed into a more healthy body and outlook on life after a season of Yoga. It's that kind of fulfillment that helps me look forward to every day in life. I feel blessed!

Artist & yoga teacher: feeling a need to get more involved. My son is almost 18 and about to go off to college, so I wonder what is next in my life. When I meet SPECIAL special people we have such a strong connection it heightens my desire to help others more. This awareness came about at the same time I was informed of an Intensive training: YOGA FOR THE SPECIAL CHILD. I've scheduled the training and am already getting involved in my local area by helping, volunteering and donating time.
Art or Health, it seems I have been involved in. In my late teens I was either an Aerobic Teacher, or I managed a Health food store or Art Gallery. Then I went to College to Study art and have been a successful designer for 20 years. These last 7 years i have taught Yoga on the side, and am about to do a YOGA FOR THE SPECIAL CHILD training.
After a life of alcohol, surrounded by my parents who were alcoholics, I finally found my way out 11 years ago. I quit beer/Texas Tea 18 years ago. Life is good now... calm peaceful!
