About Me
I am a single mum , i love cooking reading and just spending time with my fam.. I love to help people...i experienced depression , suicide, self harm, physical abuse when i was a child AND ..much more..but when i become an adult i had to start learning to LOve who I was and start living life , ITS WAS A HARD road but with Gods Love and help i did it.. and Im sure u can do it TOO!!!............ I love helping people when i can and how i can.. SO PLS DONT FEEL OBLIGATED TO RETURN A HUG WHEN I GIVE YOU ONE.., I DO IT OUT OF LOVE NOT OUT OF OBLIGATIONS OR EXPECTATION..

Hey thanks for the advice... I know it really helps my old therapist tried to get me to think positively ut know that she is gone I don't I don't do it as much....It really does help I try it more often and yes God helps o so much Thanks for the support =)

Hey Anjee! Haaa! I Type with one hand also, Because I never learned how with 2 or I just forgot how! Actually come to think, I had 2 years in typing many moons ago!!!!

had carpal tunnel on both hand left worse that right ..

- Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery Too Soon to Tell
- i had my left hand surgery then after 7 months i had my right hand carpal tunnel srugery been working light duties for one year and 5 months ...3 days 4 hours now its 4 days 4 hours ..im on workers compo..when the doc increased the hours i had much pain in my right hand the right was done 4 months ego and my left one year ego, i still have pains in my left even after one year..
