Sadie with her CdLS Awareness Day Proclamation
This is my daughter Sadie. She has Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. We sent a request in to our governor asking for May 10th to be proclaimed CdLS Awareness Day. It was accepted and Sadie was sent an official signed and sealed Proclamation.
