So, this has been the deciding factor of my weightloss, amazingly enough! I know, Dolly Parton, the diet maven of the World? Apparently so! As silly as it may seem, it's been the only difference, so far. I'm not using the diet, but I am eating a lot of cabbage every day. Yesterday, I weighed 153; today, I weigh 151 again. Yes, this is first thing in the morning, after using the bathroom and without shoes. I've decided I'm about to put some healthy stock into keeping cabbage and onions as staples in my home. From what I'm experiencing, I can eat what I want (in moderation), as long as I eat more cabbage soup than anything else. I still can't get over the fact that eating cabbage every day has worked better than the hundreds of diet pills that I've taken! Pretty interesting, huh?
