I have spent the last 10 years of my life in and out of doctors, pharmacies, MRI rooms, CT scan rooms, surgical suites, and hopital beds. I have lupus and fibromyalgia. I am married to a real angel living on earth and have an 8 year old daughter, who brings me endless joy. Personally, I just put my earthly self in the hands of Our Lord and Savior and pray for guidance, peace, and healing.

I live in California and I too stay out of the sun but the heat really makes me sick. I try to keep a cool washcloth on my neck and I use a spray bottle and a fan.
