  Did you find me through Manic Depression unplugged I rarely post in BiPolar?
  In any case well have to have a chat but time zones differences make it difficult what time is there middle of the night I'm guessing?

  Thank you so much for the hug. I know exactly how you feel. I alienated almost every one, including my family for a time. I always thought it was everyone else with a problem , and not me. Thank God I found help, dont know how or where I would have wound up. i dont know how to add friends on here, so add me, and lets keep in touch. You have a kind face.
