      Im married for little over 3 years now. No kids, 2 cats which are more than enough. I work for a company doing bridge repair. So all summer i got no time for exercise working about 70-75 hours a week. But i get all winter off. I have lived in St. cloud for 10 yrs and love it here.

      Love ice fishing it is my one hobby i really get into. Music is a big part of my life too. Im currently buying my first guitar and am going to take on learning to play. I should list dieting as a hobby to since i have been doing it my whole life. I was born big 10 pounds!!!

      well im not new to dieting. I lost about 80 pounds a couple years ago seemed easy then. Now im at about 294 or so. I am pretty happy about 260 and thats what im aiming for.

      Exercise is a must and you have to push yourself!!!

      couldnt stick to those shakes but i still use them sometimes. easy meal on the go!!!

      Im 6ft 294 pounds i want to lose about 34 pounds. Have struggled with my weight my whole life about 4 yrs ago i was 350 pounds which was my turning point i had to do something!!
