Although I still don't feel as good as I did 2 weeks ago, I do feel better than I have in the past 4 days. That is good. My head is clearer, my body aches less, and I am more mobile. A couple of weeks ago for a week my body felt like it had nothing stick. somedays, even when I am just sitting, I feel like someone has the strings to my body and they are holding them tight. I try to move and I feel like I am so heavy. Even in my left arm. It was so good to not feel the tightness in my body. I am going to stretch more this week. With having been so tired for the past 5 days I haven't done much. Yesterday I did yoga/pilates for 30 minutes. Today I see my private pilates teacher for an hour. She is great and doesn't wear me out.
I am grateful for my job and the support I feel here. I am grateful for my family. I am grateful for friends. I am grateful for God.
