URGH!
I feel terrible! All week I have had what I thought was just a normal head cold, but as the week has gone on, it got worse, along with my anxiety and palpitations. so, yesterday, I went to the docs and he checked me over and it turns out I have a sinus and ear infection and I am now on antibiotics. Fun eh?!
I feel so unwell and my anxiety has increased loads because I cannot breathe and I feel crap!
Really hope these antibiotics kick in soon because its making my weekend suck!

I wanted to thank you for your comments on my post and I am sorry you are not feeling well. It really does help I think to know there are other people out there suffering almost the exact same thing that I am. When I was 25 or 26 I had the exact same thing with a cold and palpitations. After having these reoccurences the last 3 weeks it has reminded me what a toll anxiety can take and how much it can take from you. I hope we all can make progress together and I am sure we can.

Know what you mean, when im ill my anxiety can go through the roof, guess cos of the difficulty breathing like you said and just the general increased stress levels your under. This (the anxiety) often makes it harder to recover to so it really is important that you stay tucked up in bed and try to be as relaxed as you can. Anxiety and illness really do SUCK!!! So take it easy......... :)
