Attitude, attitude, attitude !
When the mind is ready to belive the reality will follow ! To all my fellow traveler's along life's path , may you all find the strength to become uplifted and know that eventhough what appears so dark and painfull is merely an illusion.
if only I could be a child again
running freely in the where and when's,
to fly a kite or throw a ball anytime
it seems like a lifetime long ago.
Still, in my mind's eye I do recall
events once before still remain,
now the setting of each day begins
where the kite has broken away, it soars free.....
I wish all my DS family, hope and strength in the knowing that we are never alone and only need to refocus our attitudes ,taking a deep breathe and know ALL will be ok and accordingly to what we need for our destiny to become manifested, freely like the kite I spoken about above!
Love and deepest regards to you
Phil

I agree with you Phil...I think an important word is 'acceptance' and to follow little 'synchronicities' that are strewn on our paths before us. If we follow these, our path becomes more directed, and we are gently led to the place of our highest good.
I remember in my minds eye, many hapy memories from childhood, and still like to recreate some of them sometimes just on my own, other times sharing them with my Grandchildren now. I loved kite flying with my Dad and Grandad, some of my happiest days...but I hardly got a look in!!
We can still soar...and this is what I intend to do. I can sense this is your new journey too Phil. Your holiday has wakened you to this new and spiritually freeing dimension, and I wish you love, luck and Happiness in this new phase of your life! Diana.

Very true. Attitude is such a cornerstone to happiness. When I have a bad attitude the whole world is a dark hole. And it is an illusion. You made me want to go out and make a snow angel! XOXO

Yes, that freedom of childhood is who we TRULY are.
Spirit knows no age. And it is ALL ok in the end.
Thank you for writing such a beautiful entry!

Oh Phil all of the hard times you endured, all of the sadness are falling away and the paradise that is ahead for you is a gift from God, My cup runneth over is what God has in mind for you and all of us and we must believe that God is taking us through things so we can appreciate the blessings we will receive. Be a good receiver, you have been a good giver, now is your time, you have felt the shear joy, hang on to that and trust that it will stay.
I am so very happy for you, Bless you

Thanks to everyone for all the ongoing positiveness and loving support !
One of my character defects ( probably started in childhood) is giving myself permission to be happy and having the ability to enjoy. The fancy clinical term is "anhedonia" and this whole unfolding of my future in CR will be a time for reparenting and relearning some important lessons about self love and self wholeness.
Thank you again my DS family of chioce, I love you all !
Humbly,
Phil

I agree with you....
We should all allow ourselves to be like children and enjoy ourselves when we can. I see so many people working so hard and never having fun, because they feel that the goal of money is more important than taking an afternoon off to fly a kite or something similar. I think about retirement as sort of becoming a kid again, but in our journey to this end, we should take time to have fun and have a little taste of childhood regularly no matter how important we think our job is. Thanks again for posting another inspirational journal entry! Much happiness to you always!
