   Be careful what you ask for ! I am really finding some happiness with the caring and honesty on this web site. It gives a balance from all day giving. Here I can be heard and receive too. It has been a long time ....

  I am giving myself permission ( so hard to just cool out) to take it slower, The awareness of how this is actually my life that I am living day to day in the NOW . I have suffered all my life with the delusion that the furture would be better. Only I have the ability to make the present come alive and self fulfilling. Today I had the brilliant ( right ) insight that only we have the ability to instill the "now" into the k"now"ledge of our life's circumstances  as we exist and live only within and for the present.....
