what a difference sunshine makes Mood
Sunday, September 7, 2008

Well, the last 2 weeks are over and done with ! I learned a lot and have   let go of the hurt and disappointments cause to me by others...

Today, I borrowed a car and went for a drive in the beautiful sunny day. I drove through the mountain range into a wealthy suburb ( called Lindora)  and stopped for a sugar free cappuccino( caramel/vanilla flavored). It was great !  I allowed myself space to enjoy the surroundings, the fresh air and the sereneness. What a blessing... bI can't wait untill the rainy season is over ( as in mid- november)  !

I have some decisions to confront and make- but I will allow them to unfold to me. Part of my disappointments come from expectations in others- I need to be more in the flow of just letting things be... I wonder if any one else suffers from terminal amnesia? I do forget that as I change and grow ;others do not necessarily..... Expectations become unfulfilled and produce hurt.

It's interesting how life grants us the opportunites to correct our mistakes and than help others to learn by our examples.  The existential question become is the mistake we made , really mistakes or self created lessons to remind us of where we really are? Many times we choose to keep repeating experiences  untill we recognize that we have choice to break the cycles and let go once and for all. I guess that is called closure.  In the end, we are only where are thoughts take us and allow us to be.

I am so blessed that I had today to know that the sun does shine within and without

Phil, you are making progress just by taking in the sun regardless of what others do. Hopefully we learn from the life lessons of our mistakes, and don't suffer from amnesia so we are condemned to repeat them. Keep hanging in there Phil. You are on the right track.
