  im doing okay im having my days it seems as sometimes the outside world is going fine but your head is conflicted with emotions but i know i get stronger through each trial that is what keeps me going ,still got things that are heavy on my plate all i can do right now is feel it and cry about it and a course talk about it in therapy,well on the good note i have been excercising walking for over an hour everyday i missed yesterday because i was so emotional but i went back at it today ,i am glad to see your spirits up high thank you for being an inspiration
