Just found out I have high blood pressure. Must give up smoking. Have bought the patches for one month just yesterday. I only have one cigarette left. Need support. My quit date was November 14th.

Just found out I have high blood pressure. I've bought the patches and products for oral fixation, gum, licorice, crunchie snacks. I have two cigs left.
