About Me
I was diagnosed with Crohns disease in early Nov.. I have been in lots of pain since my symptoms started in July 2007. I have a 3 yr old daughter and she keeps me going thru all the pain.. I want her to have a mom who is happy and healthy this has been a big challenge for me I am a stay at home mom.I love animals and enjoy beautiful spring days and dream of being on the beach! acupuncture food/allergy sensitivity treatments seem to be doing the trick for me- NAET, I have done 30 of them, I am finally doing well - remission here I COME! and I am currently on no meds and only taking probiotics!.

He's here! Way to go! Well I am getting some sleep but am seeing a Lactation concultant today to see if there is a way to improve th ebreast feeding. My guy isnt getting enough so he's fussy.

Close Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis
I was diagnosed early Nov. 2007 with Crohns after having lots of pain, tons of tests and lots of frustration..I am on a mission to beat this and not let it rule my life.. i am doing as many natural things as i can to try and heal my body from the inside without medication..
Treatments
- Asacol Working / Worked
- did not work, made my symptoms worse
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- I avoid, carbonated drinks, sugar, raw veggies and fruits except bananas and pears, apples I can do on occasion, no dairy, no sugary foods, nothing spicy and fried, grease kills my gut
- Flagyl Not Working
- did not work and was on it for almost a month
- Probiotics Working / Worked
- I think it is working, has stopped the little blood I started to have.. need to take more of the primal defense taking 4 now need to increase it by another 5 or more
Close Pet Bereavement
lost my best friend shadow in June at the age of 14 1/2.. Now I will be loosing her buddy Sierra, who may have kidney failure..I am so heart broken by loosing both of them so close together
Open Stress Management
i have a hard time dealing with stress, not letting things bother me and worrying about stuff out of my control. i was diagnosed with crohns In Nov 2007 and stress is a def. trigger factor.. i am trying to learn how to not let things get me so worked up and stressed out
