Ok, it seems I've had a special request from the audience to write a new journal entry. I don't know why. Christmas wasn't that long ago. Nothing really changes in my life. Wait, I did get a new purse. Well, it isn't new it's from eBay of course but I pretend it's new. My daughter says it's really ugly so it is just perfect for me. I wish I knew what all those symbols were for up on top, I would use them. I like that tree. I've seen it before but I can't remember where. At least I think it's a tree. It's kind of tiny. I wonder if I click on it if I would get a bigger one? I don't want to take a chance because I'm in a small room right now. So, how are all of you? I know, dumb question to ask people in pain. I really hate that question. Ok, how are all your families? There, that's better. It's really cold here today. Imagine it being cold in February in Minnesota. It's going to be 30 tomorrow though. That's going to be nice. Maybe my car will start. Iowa and Wisconsin are going to get the next storm just like this whole winter so I don't have to worry about that. But wonder if they're wrong? Naw, they're always right. Is this enough Deb? Um, my kids are doing well. Kelsey is finishing up her junior year at the U of M. Dan is working for his Dad and he's making a 4 cylinder truck into an 8 cylinder and he's so excited you would think he won the lottery. I guess in his world that is the lottery. Kelsey is dating a boy she met in Spanish class from Puerto Rico. I don't understand a word he says. He came over for Thanksgiving and we just stared at him. He's still sticking around though so he must really like her. Rick stared at him the most because I was cooking but I took a little time to stare later. We finally gave him a job of sorting decks of cards because they played war and they got mixed up. He liked that but it didn't take him long. They finally went downstairs to watch a movie. We tried to stare at him through the vent but you can't see that far to the left. Well, as you can see I am still as sane as ever. I will probably write again around Easter unless I get another request. God bless you all and your families and I hope you are all well. adios, Janet

It's about time. I love your funny stories! Poor Carlos...trying to get a really good look huh? I'm happy that Deb got you to write. I can just envision you all trying to catch a peek through the vents! Blessings~Cathy

Ok next time we won't stare at him. What should we do with him though? Maybe he could teach us Spanish. He and Kelsey talk in Spanish and I know they are talking about me. I am determined to find out what they are saying. What does "loco" mean?

Glad to see you wrote an entry - and yes you are loco...take it from one who is also loco! If you really need spanish lessons I could help you out with all the bad words...LOL! Man, I wish we had vents so we could spy on Beth - wouldn't that be fun! The headache is finally getting a little better...2 more days of predisone (Saturday & Monday) and then I'm done - thank God!.....
