Are you really online??? Great to see you. We had to put Cole, our black lab to sleep last Saturday so I'm not exactly in a chipper mood. Hayley's okay--having acupuncture to help her walk as she has nerve damage in her back. I'm sleeping okay since having acupuncture and faithfully doing acupressure. How are you feeling??? blessings. jean

- have been on sustained release Kadian for 7 years. I works wonders
Open Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
As my fibromyalgia got worse I started to notice that the fatigue was on about the same level as the pain. It was then that I realized that either FM and CFS are the same illness or I had acquired this too. I have always been tired with no energy. I could tell other people felt differently than I did. The doctors want to refer you to all kinds of other people. I just sit there and think didn't you hear a word I said? I am here by a miracle and you want me to go to all these other places.
Treatments
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- helps with mood but I'm not on a high enough dose for pain
Open Migraine Headaches
I've had migraines since I was 18, I'm 50 now and they have settled down quite a bit.
Treatments
- Fiorinol Working / Worked
- this works the best for me. I take the one with codeine. and although it does't immediately knock the headache out, it makes it tolerable
- Imitrex Not Working
- unfortunatly this doesn't help me.
- Magnesium Too Soon to Tell
- just started taking this and a few other choice supplements
Open Diabetes Type 1
I don't have diabitis but my son was diagnosed when he was 19 with type 1. He's 21 now and doing well, but I consider these sites a very important source for information and support. The doctors can't know it all, so some of the best advice comes from those who live it. I do belong to chronic pain, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue sites

- Lsntus has worked very well from the start except when my son decided to change the time of day he took his shot and got sick. He tried to do it a little too quickly
