My husband Sam and I have been married for thirteen years. I was diagnosed with endometriosis about eleven years ago. We have a beautiful daughter, Sarah, from our first IVF cycle two years ago. Just had second failed cycle this last month. We are so grateful for out daughter and would love to give her a brother or sister, so we will continue to press on.

Close Infertility
My husband and I have been married for thirteen years. I was diagnosed with endometriosis about ten years ago.We have a daughter who is two. We were able to have her through IVF.
Treatments
- Adoption Not Working
- We were approved to adopt and tried to for about a year. We had several older children come up but nothing worked out. We decided to give IVF a try and it worked the first time.
- Artificial Insemination Working / Worked
- Tried AI twice but neither worked.
- Basal Thermometer Not Working
- We did the whole basal thermometer thing for a long time too. Never helped us.
- Clomid Not Working
- I was on Clomid for a long time and all it did was make me unbearably hard to live with. I had horrible mood swings.
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Not Working
- I did an HSG right before my first IVF cycle and it was one of the worst experiences of my life.
- In Vitro Fertilization Working / Worked
- We finally tried IVF a little over two years ago and it worked the first time. We have a little girl. Just finished second IVF cycle and it failed.
- Lupron Not Working
- I did six months of lupron shots after my second laporoscopy. Mood swings, hot flashes, I about drove my husband crazy. It didn't work.
Close Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
My husband and I are expecting our second child after two cycles of IVF. We have a two year old daughter that we also had through IVF after ten long years of trying and IF treatments. We're very excited and I'm just praying that everything goes well.
