Close Fibromyalgia
I was diagnosed in 2005. I am still struggling to balance myself so I don't over do it when I feel ok and don't beat myself up when I can't do much. Still getting used to NOT working full-time. Tired of feeling like I owe people some explaination of my illness....if I was in a cast or a brace noone would bat an eye at only working part-time or needing to rest ALOT
Treatments
- Cyclobenzaprine Not Working
- Had to stop taking it due to 'chemical hangover'
- Heat Working / Worked
- warm showers
- Lyrica Not Working
- 75mg 2X day Helps but increases my fatigue and "fibro fog" Stopped due to side effects being too severe. Worked great at first....then side effects. I hope others have a better experience
- Darvon Working / Worked
- recently changed from norco to darvocet. So far so good
Close Alcoholism
Sober since 2000
