Well if all goes as I think it will go I should close and settle on my home in the next few weeks. Just going thru all the paper work. And those of u that have got a home know exactly what I mean. Could build a small hill with the paperwork..Ha! Small joke. Well I am preapproved and the price is accepted its now just the process. That's it. So I am very close to accomplishing this goal. I expect some time in October this goal will be done! Yay I am one step closer to being a homeowner again! I am glad about that.
