Hello dear friends...
As most of you know, I was a victim of a Home Invasion last november.
Well after picking at least one of the three men that were here that day,
he as been appearing in court,
several times so far,
but today is the last time that he can postpone the court without a plea.
So please pray that he will plea guilty,
this way I won't have to go and testify,
and relive that scary day,
in November last year.
For those who really know me,
know how much this as affected my mental state.
So maybe if all could be done today,
I will be able to take a hold of my life,
and feel secure in my own home again.
Please pray that he pleads guilty.
Thank you to all who reads and pray for me today.
Will have an update,
either late this afternoon,
or early tomorrow morning.

I called on wednesday, my lawyer returned my call, but I missed it.
So called again and again, four times to be exact and didn't get a return call yet.
So the second I do have some news, you will be the first to know.

For some reason when she calls, I don't hear the phone, so yes well; she left a message again, giving me the next day, which is May 21st, and didn't say if the plea was entered or not, so I figure it wasn't time for the plea yet.
they are so slow, a person as the time to do a million other invasion, by the time they are convicted of one.
