i have recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder by my gp after eight years of depression and anxiety attacks
i am bipolar and suffer from panic attacks i have been self harming on and off for 11 years but have being doing so more recently

I was diagnosed as having bipolar disorder nearly 2 years ago, the pdoc is now thinking i may have borderline personality disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder..I don't know much about them so i guess i am here for a little guidence and support.
