Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Drop Dead Flu finished me off on September 13, 2005. I had to leave my job and give up my life as I knew it. Mounting emotional stress topped off by a physical stress test caused my body to shut down. It took a year of counseling to cope with my loss of who I was and recognize who I am now.
Treatments
- Effexor Working / Worked
- Doctor prefers over Cymbalta due to dual action of pain and depression qualities
- Xanax Working / Worked
- Take during the day for anxiety, at night to help sleep. Also needed to prevent/ keep mouth blisters under control due to GERDS / Acid stomach.
- Phentermine Working / Worked
- Couldn't stay awake without it. It has increased my stamina tremendously.
- Claritin Working / Worked
- Need for allergies that I never had before - also helps with rhinitis
- Ultram Not Working
- Had to quit taking it - I guess I am a wimp when it comes to pain killers.
- Lunesta Working / Worked
- A good nights sllep with no hangover. Better than anything else I have tried.
- Minocycline Working / Worked
- Combination has had great success in trials. Low dose antibiotic and anti-viral. Talked doc into letting me try for 90 days.
