I'm a retired police chief that works from my mountain cabin in the high Sierra as an author and writer. I have a passion for writing California Gold Rush history and am a historian of El Dorado County history. I'm working on my 2nd book, and historical map. I'm also a Field Editor for a treasure hunting magazine.

Thanks doug for the flowers, they made me smile. I did not realize its been two weeks since I last posted. I have been having a fibro flare since the weather started getting so cold. It is too cold for me, I want to be in California. I read your documentary topic, I am going to have to re-read it because it went right over my head. I think fibro killed my brain cells its called fibro fog. It sounds interesting, and whats up with the whity shit, I am ohiorican, and I live where there is no diversity, racism is alive and well here. Do you know what my name means? Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia two days ago. New to the community and know almost nothing of this disorder.

- Marijuana Working / Worked
- Great for promoting a good appetite healthy eating and good sleep patterns. MJ also calms reduces stress and anxiety. All are recommended for Fibro treatment.
- Neurontin Working / Worked
- I've just hit the 30 day mark on Neurontin (GABAPENTIN). I take 900 mg 3 X daily. For the past 3 days I have not needed pain killers (NORCO). I seems to be working and has allowed me to be more mobile.
