i love that vest. there is one at my work that i wear and they velcro it for me. it is the best when i feel very over stimulated and anxiety. they put it really tight and that is how i like it. it is how it needs to be very tight. only 20 minutes or your body gets used to it and it doesnt work. her eyes are a very pretty blue.
