      I've had back pain through periods of my life. Right now i'm hurting because of a ski injury.

      Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
      I take it only when i'm in pain. Sometimes I have to take it right away when I wake up in the morning. Then I have to take it again in the afternoon.
